Robina Town Centre
Is undergoing a $300 million expansion. This multi-staged expansion includes the addition of a new 10,000m2 Big W, a second 4,500m2 Woolworths supermarket, up to 100 new specialty retailers, a 900 seat food court and a lakeside dining precinct.
Watergardens Town Centre
Following the recent $138 million extension that included Big W, a second Safeway supermarket and 100 new specialty retailers, construction has commenced on a new $15m entertainment and leisure precinct that activates the Town Centre to the Watergardens Railway station. Between five and seven new restaurants and a fitness centre will provide the first street of restaurants to the region.
