Overview
MLC Centre is a 69 level prime office building centrally located in the financial core of the Sydney CBD with frontages to Martin Place, Castlereagh and King Streets.

Consisting of 68 895m2 office space, 5 589m2 retail, 3 960m2 theatre (1 177 seats) and 300 car parks.

This Sydney landmark was built in 1978 and a $200 million refurbishment was completed in 1991. QIC Real Estate purchased a 50% interest in the building in 1996 and since that time the building and its services have been extensively upgraded.

DEVELOPMENT HIGHLIGHTS

Robina Town Centre
Is undergoing a $300 million expansion. This multi-staged expansion includes the addition of a new 10,000m2 Big W, a second 4,500m2 Woolworths supermarket, up to 100 new specialty retailers, a 900 seat food court and a lakeside dining precinct.

Stage 1 of the expansion opened in November 2008. The West Mall is a stylish new fashion precinct showcasing some of the most iconic fashion brands.

Watergardens Town Centre
Following the recent $138 million extension that included Big W, a second Safeway supermarket and 100 new specialty retailers, construction has commenced on a new $15m entertainment and leisure precinct that activates the Town Centre to the Watergardens Railway station. Seven new restaurants and a fitness centre will provide the first street of restaurants to the region.
